Intro to Pole Series

Our Intro to Pole Series is designed for the complete beginner in mind, and made for all fitness levels. No previous experience required. In this four week course we will cover the fundamentals of pole dancing, including the pole walk, hip circles, floor work, basic spins, holds, and more! Come see what all the fuss is about and experience the hottest and the most fun way to get fit and feel sexy! 

Pole Level 1.5

$45 drop-in

This is a mixed level class for intermediate/advanced students. Students can expect to work on conditioning for inversions, sequencing tricks, exploring accessible entries/exits to poses, and increasing floor and basework vocabulary. As a mixed level class, the instructor will give progressions based on each students particular skill level.

Instructor permission needed: must have passed level 1.5 fitness evaluation
It is recommended students have taken several weeks of level 1.5 classes prior to attending this class.

Pole Level 2 Newbies

This class is for those that are new to level 2 and still learning or just beginning to learn the fundamentals of inverting, scorpio, gemini etc. This class is recommended prior to attending level 2+ mixed level classes.

Instructor permission required - must pass level 2 fitness evaluation to attend

Level 1/1.5 Dance Combos

75-MINUTE classes

Level 1+ 

Prerequisite: must be able to climb pole, comfortable with basic level 1 spins and know names - step around, fireman, back hook, chair, etc. Must have taken a minimum of 10 -12 level 1 classes first

This class explores more of the dance part of pole dancing, the instructor will teach a combination of dance moves with the pole, and you will add your own interpretation and style to the movement.

Stretch and Flex

$45 drop-in/$37 virtual drop-in

75-MINUTE classes

Work towards your splits, backbends and more in a safe and effective way! All levels welcome. Class will start with a dynamic heart pumping warm up, then we will stretch the second half of the class. For in studio, you must bring your own yoga mat and props, recommended 2 yoga blocks, and a yoga strap.

Open Pole

60-MINUTE independent practice ($20 or 10 for $150) 

**This is not a structured class**   It is a time to practice what you have been working on in class.  Must be a current or past student of Pole Palace to attend.  Please do not instruct other students, and only practice moves you are familiar with.  This is not a time to learn new moves.  An instructor may be present during this time, and if so, can answer brief questions if needed.  If there is not a certified instructor present, please save any questions for your instructor at your next schedule class.

Pole Level 1

Building upon what was learned in of what is learned in Intro to Pole, in Pole 1, students will learn to climb the pole, learn more advanced spins, holds, choreography and floor work.

Pole Level 1.5/2

This is an intermediate/advanced class. It is recommended students attend several weeks of level 2 newbies or pole 1.5/2 classes prior to attending level 2+ mixed level classes.

Midnight Jazz

Sweet, sassy, and sultry! Unlock your sexy side while learning the fundamentals of the Chicago-based dance style, Urban Jazz. Challenge yourself with a new technique while taping into your wild side. All genders and levels are welcome.

Freestyle & Flow

$45 drop-in

75-MINUTE classes

Learn how to refine dancing and transition skills through exploring different dance and freestyle exercises, while also learning new choreography and floorwork.  All levels welcome.  At the end of each class all attendees are given the option to perform.  Heels/leg warmers are encouraged, but not required.
