How to redeem Groupon Vouchers

• Then choose a day/time you want to register for view the schedule here. Please send us a 1st and 2nd choice of time desired, as we have a lot of students trying to register, and we may not be able to accommodate your first choice.
•Once you’ve completed these steps email us at hello@pole-palace.com with a screenshot of your Groupon voucher, and the time you want and we will register you.
When trying to register with friends - Please note If you are wanting to get into the same class as a group of friends we cannot guarantee this, but we do our best. Please email ahead and ask for availability and when registering you must include their first and last name or we don’t know who is with who. Please cc all friends in the email exchange if possible to help with communication.
Spots are first come, first serve, so a class that has space in it one day, may be filled the next day or even a few hours later. So sending this info in asap and repying to our emails in a timely manner helps ensure you get the class you want. Each person must make an account and email their groupon voucber.
